William M Ings was born in 1979 in London, where he currently lives and works. He graduated from Central Saint Martin’s School of Art in London in 2002.
His work is inspired by the worlds of architecture and engineering and their interface with the natural environment. He has worked as an artist directly with famed architects Norman Foster and Frank Gehry, and BuroHappold Engineering on such prestigious projects as the World Trade Centre New York and the 2012 Olympic Stadium and Park.
